What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

The Planet Pixel Printing Guarantee of Satisfaction
We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 10 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping, processing and creative design costs.

Indeed, Planet Pixel Printing takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors not corrected by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of images submitted by the customer.
  • Designing errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
  • Errors in customer-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery.

Planet Pixel Printing will always provide a proof of the product you are ordering.  Please carefully preview your designs and contact us to correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to you, Planet Pixel Printing does not proof documents for customers.  This is the responsibility of the customer, and a signature is required before any orders will be placed.
